Hatha Yoga

PLEASE NOTE: THIS CLASS IS OPEN TO ALL GENDERS
Sandra teaches an alignment-based Hatha Yoga class tailored to the individual in a small group setting. This class interweaves my explorations in movement and somatic practices (from Pilates, martial arts, dance, biomechanics & physical therapy).
An experienced yoga teacher, Sandra works across a diverse population from babies to the senior population. She’s been a pregnancy, postnatal and birth yoga teacher for more than14 years so the perinatal population is close to her heart. But, she also works with anyone returning to full exercise (from cancer treatment and its recovery, auto immune disorders, and muscular skeletal conditions from frozen shoulders, knee and hip replacements).
Expect focus on alignment, breath mechanics and functional fitness drawing on yoga and somatic movement plus some fun and laughter.
Through the physical, yoga works to still the mind. All classes integrate the body and mind through the breath so that you feel restored after class. This weekly class is open to everyone although absolute beginners should get in touch first.
Sandra Chua’s offering on Tuesday at 9.30am and Thursday at 10am.
- 9.30am Tuesday session - £30* (maximum of 3 participants)
- 10am Thursday session - £25* (maximum of 6 participants)
*Please note, these classes are not part of the Class Pass scheme, however, if you would like to access the Women Supporting Women Fund to subsidise this session, find more details here.

A big welcome to Olivia Baker to the Moon Women's Health Practitioner Cohort.
As a Holistic Wellness Practitioner, Olivia has a wealth of knowledge and skills but at Moon focuses on Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Massage and Mindfulness.
Over to Olivia ๐
Iโm a holistic wellness practitioner with a passion for supporting women to reconnect with their bodies, nourish their nervous systems, and reclaim their sense of balance and vitality.
After developing autoimmune conditions nearly 4 years ago I had to rebuild my own health from the ground up, where I found reregulating my nervous system and creating an internal environment of safety, through somatic and mindfulness practices, to have the most potent impact on realigning my wellbeing.
With a warm and grounded approach, I create empowering spaces offering accessible and transformational tools to encourage healing and optimise wellbeing.
Combining my bodywork, energy healing and mindfulness facilitation, I work both 1-1 and in groups to support women in slowing down, tuning in, and reconnecting with their natural rhythms - physically, mentally, and emotionally.
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing begins with coming home to ourselves - and that every woman deserves to feel held, heard, and empowered in her journey toward wholeness.
When Iโm not delving into my work you will usually either find me roaming around Hampstead Heath and climbing trees or in the dojo doing Muay Thai!

At Moon, we love how Five Element acupuncture helps us work with the rhythms of the seasons.
Summer is the time of the Fire element - linked to the Heart, joy, and connection.
But just like fire, this energy needs tending. Too much, and we burn out. Too little, and we feel flat or anxious.
Acupuncture says the Heart houses the Shen - our spirit, presence, and emotional wellbeing. When Fire energy is balanced, we feel warm, connected, and joyful.
When itโs out of balance, we may feel:
๐ฅ Socially overwhelmed
๐ฅ Wired but tired
๐ฅ Anxious or unsettled
This summer, tend your own flame at The Acupuncture Collective - calm the nervous system, regulate sleep, and support your Heart energy - so you can enjoy summer fully, without tipping into burnout.
Our June collective lands just before the Summer Solstice, the peak of light and Fire energy. Itโs the perfect moment to pause, reset, and nourish your inner joyโgently, in nourishing community energy.
Curious what acupuncture can help with this summer?
๐ฅ Restless sleep?
๐ฅ Feeling overwhelmed?
๐ฅ Emotional fatigue or burnout?
๐ฅ Low joy or energy?
Yes, it can.
Our next Acupuncture Collective is taking place between 2pm to 8pm on Monday 16th June - Find out more and book via our bio.4 days ago
