LiBDO Weekly Class
LiBDO is a pelvic floor and pelvic health exercise class designed by women for women. It directly strengthens pelvic floor muscles, and tones thighs, glutes and abdomen. It is good for pelvic health, menstrual health, confidence, pleasure and libido. And the workout is also great fun.
Lucy Kohli is a mother of two, Kundalini yoga teacher, Reiki master and the first qualified teacher of LiBDO in the UK.
Lucy also teaches a regular online class on Fridays at 12pm-1pm (includes a replay which is available for 7 days). She is also offering a 6 week online beginners course which starts Monday 16th March. All details are on her website.
