In just 1 hour I will help you to learn how to reset and restore your body as I guide you through a movement sequence to awaken, lengthen and create space within your body.
This deep releasing experience will serve to shift held emotions, encouraging you to re-harmonise and find your natural flow. Expect to feel calm, replenished and maybe even a few centimeters taller!
This sequence is accessible for all levels, promoting well-being, flexibility and inner calm.
