Monthly Power Reset – Reconnecting with You

Have your New Year goals been sidelined in the daily grind?

Two months into the year, Spring is on the doorstep, and you’re asking yourself what happened to those good intentions you set yourself back in December.

How could they slip down the priority list so quickly?

You promised yourself you’d give those goals more attention…

Either to solidify plans and refocus, or completely reassess everything?

Pause, breathe, cut yourself some slack

⚡ It’s ok to not know.

⚡ It’s ok to change your mind.

⚡ It’s ok to not have all the answers.

Maybe if it feels like something is blocking you from finding those answers – keeping you from the future you’re trying to create?

But then, it’s all go 24/7: Job, family, social commitments! It never stops, does it? Daily humdrum kicks in, along with the odd doubt or fear, and before we know it, another year has gone by.

And that’s why we’re going to take back time.

How you benefit

☀️ You’re welcomed into a safe space to explore your own needs and goals.

☀️ You get YOU-time away from personal and professional obligations, external demands and expectations.

☀️ Instead of beating yourself up for not sticking to intentions, you will invest your energy in how to fulfil them!

☀️ You actively address any challenges you need to overcome to move forwards.

☀️ You notice a boost to energy levels the moment you put your physical and emotional wellbeing first – and prioritise your needs.

☀️ You take the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversation, to share knowledge, skills and experience, and gain new insights.

☀️ You choose to reconnect with yourself on a regular basis: to recharge and reset.

Whether you are launching a new business venture, embarking on parenthood for the first time, looking to meet new people or simply need SPACE to reconnect with your needs for the month ahead, you owe yourself some undivided attention!

Every 1st Sunday of the month, the event invites the Moon community to reconnect with their inner power and prioritise personal growth & happiness.

What to bring:

  • Buckets of Kindness – above all towards yourself
  • ONE priority for the month ahead
  • A curious mindset
  • A notepad and pen
  • Comfortable clothes
  • A reusable bottle of water
  • An item that reminds you of your goals
  • An item that makes you feel safe or loved
  • A friend you would like to see step into her/ their power

Aim to arrive 5 minutes early to settle into the space.

Clare Saponia’s offering on first Sunday of the month, at 1pm to 2.30pm.

  • Standard price: £25
  • Early Bird price: £20

Queen of Kentish Town - Livia Palmiero ladies and gentlemen.

We visited @wildisearth recently and were absolutely blown away by her passion, dedication and joy for fermentation, community and our beautiful planet.

Wild is Earth is next to the Sainsbury's opposite Kentish Town tube, with the bar open on Thursdays and Fridays (until 11pm) for a beautifully curated and produced range of kombucca as well as wines and beers.

Pop in, say hi and sample the drinks, it's only through community support that these wonderful spaces can exist.
