Mum & Baby Pilates
New parenthood brings joy and celebration as well as change and realignment.
Mum and baby Pilates is a calm space for new mums to feel those changes while building physical and emotional strength.
Emphasis is on stabilising the pelvis and lower back, strengthening core muscles and stretching and realigning the upper body with options for both restorative and more challenging exercises.
Class size is limited to 5 so that everyone can have space and attention.
