New Moon Cyclical Sound Bath

Around a new moon we are invited to find deep restorative rest, to draw back from the act of doing and journey into the embodiment of being. To honour the fact that as cyclical beings we are not designed to be in full power mode all of the time, we find stillness, connection and grounding through breath and sound. Sound provides you with permission to pause and turn inward, tapping into your own innate healing potential.

This is for you if…

  • You want to reconnect with your cyclical nature and feminine core
  • You crave time and space to connect with your body and what it is currently shifting through physically, hormonally & energetically
  • You are on a healing journey, and in need of a kind, caring and compassionate circle

What you will experience…

  • Gentle somatic movement connecting you to your body in the phase it is in
  • Transportive breathwork to expand and open your consciousness
  • A Sound Bath to bathe your body in angelic & restorative vibrations

Jasmine St Cliere's Offering on the Monday closest to the New Moon - 7.30pm to 8.45pm

Every few months the Moon Wise Women Practitioners gather to share thoughts, food and to learn from one another.

As a community, it's incredibly important to us to meet and support one another.

At this gathering we were fortunate enough to be joined by @albanebrandphotography who led us in a session on visibility, as practitioners, and communicating with the wider world about how we can support them.

Not only was it a powerful and educational session but Albane found time to take these fabulous photos.

Thanks Albane x

Thank you to all these lovely people, who donated to the Women Supporting Women Fund in April.

Your generosity ensured four women were able to access support from Moon Women's Health.

If you'd like to know more about the fund check out the link in our bio.

Happy May Day / Beltane!

The mid-point between the Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice.

Embrace the sun, listen to the birdsong*, smell the blossoms, and feel the grass under your feet!

*The swifts are back in our corner of North West London - although their song is more like the call of the devil, rather sweet song 😆

This wonderful painting is by @tijanadraws - check out her creations!
