Session’s Offered

I am a Drama and Movement Therapist who is passionate about supporting people in accessing their creativity, validating their experiences, and finding their authentic rhythm. In a city where speed and productivity are central, Dramatherapy can be a weekly space for you to reflect on, express, and respect your needs. In our sessions we may use verbal conversation, drama techniques, meditative movement, drawing, and story making to support you with your understanding of yourself and your chosen therapeutic goals.

My practise is underpinned by Developmental and Jungian Psychology, as well as Intersectional Feminism, Queer Theory, and Menstrual Cycle Awareness. I hold a deep respect for cycles, seasons, and the bravery it takes to explore oneself. I am very passionate about empowering Women and Menstruators.

Themes that may be explored in Dramatherapy may include: identity, gender, growing up, menstruality, birth, pre and postnatal mental health, complex trauma, intergenerational trauma, depression, anxiety, adolescence, stress, self exploration .

I offer 1:1 weekly therapy sessions, group workshops, and Menarche/ First Period Ceremony sessions and packages. Please find more details about these on the offerings page.

My previous work has been with Islington Mind, Croydon’s Active Lives Services, and at a Primary School. I am registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council, and the British Association of DramaTherapists, with an MA from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Institute of The Arts in Therapy and Education. I am also an avid singer, candle maker and menstruality celebrator as part of my own creative practice.

I look forward to hearing from you and hope that I can support you on your journey.

The Summer Solstice is with us - the longest day of the year, a time for light and optimism. This is an opportunity to re-engage with the natural world and take respite from the overwhelm of the modern structures of humanity, from technology to our political landscape.

By rooting ourselves back into the rhythm of the seasons, and marking the passage of the sun across the sky, we echo those who came before, taking our place as a link between the past and the future. For a short moment we can allow the daily pressures to melt away, as we glimpse the wider context of our existence.

By marking the seasonal changes we also bookmark the passage of time in our own lives. It becomes a memory touchstone, to reach out to as we remember where we’ve been (metaphorically and physically), where we are and where we’re going to.

So press pause, allow yourself to be absorbed back into the rhythms of the natural world, take note of the turning of the year. Do something different, something you’ll remember in the years to come, even if that’s a long walk on the Heath, without your phone, fitness tracking device, digital watch etc. etc. etc.… I dare you…

Much love.

At Moon, we love how Five Element acupuncture helps us work with the rhythms of the seasons. Summer is the time of the Fire element—linked to the Heart, joy, and connection.

But just like fire, this energy needs tending. Too much, and we burn out. Too little, and we feel flat or anxious.

Acupuncture says the Heart houses the Shen—our spirit, presence, and emotional wellbeing. When Fire energy is balanced, we feel warm, connected, and joyful.

When it’s out of balance, we may feel:

⭕️ Socially overwhelmed

⭕️ Wired but tired

⭕️ Anxious or unsettled

This summer, tend your own flame at The Acupuncture Collective— calm the nervous system, regulate sleep, and support your Heart energy—so you can enjoy summer fully, without tipping into burnout.

Our June collective lands just around the Summer Solstice, the peak of light and Fire energy. It’s the perfect moment to pause, reset, and nourish your inner joy—gently, in nourishing community energy.

Curious what acupuncture can help with this summer?

☀️ Restless sleep?

☀️ Feeling overwhelmed?

☀️ Emotional fatigue or burnout?

☀️ Low joy or energy?

Yes, it can.

Our next Acupuncture Collective is taking place between 2pm to 8pm on Monday 22nd June (Sophie and Sunila will be away for July so be sure to get your session in before they return in August!)

You can find out more and book via our bio.
