Hi, I’m Schay, mom of a smart beautiful girl, and a massage therapist since 2012.

Massage for me is a way of helping other people heal themselves, and a tool that enables us to connect our bodies, mind and spirit.

Since I became pregnant in 2019 I found myself reconnecting to my feminine energy, and now my aim is to help other women feel the same. This powerful energy is healing and nurturing, and it helps increase our sense of self-worth and self-love.

For my treatments I use my homemade blend of oils to deeply nourish the skin, tailoring each massage to my client’s needs, and also make a good use of some breathing and mantras to facilitate the connection with subtle energies.

I have also created Awake to the Feminine (see link above) - a nurturing session designed to help you connect with your inner wise woman - your radiant, wise, and powerful self. Together, we’ll explore practices to tap into your inner wisdom, release what no longer serves you, and embrace self-love and empowerment.

To create a strong connection with your higher self, we’ll gently raise your vibration by grounding and opening your energy.
