Our Spotlight Sessions are designed to give you exactly what you need - focused, practical guidance on key birth topics, in a series of relaxed 60-minute sessions. 

Whether you’re curious about pain management, wondering what happens in an induction or caesarean, or want to better understand your birth partner’s role - we’ve got you covered.

• Time for your questions and concerns

• The option to drop in for just what you need, or bundle sessions for deeper support

• Individual Session - £20 (this includes bringing along your birth partner)
• Bundle Deal - Book 2 sessions and receive additional sessions - £15 each
