Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra or ‘yoga sleep’ is an effortless mind-body practice that supports healing, rejuvenation, and creativity.
There is no movement or physical effort involved, only the simple act of lying down or sitting comfortably and listening.
Yoga Nidra supports the body’s natural capacity to heal and restore by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, our “rest and digest” mode. It helps release stress, improve sleep, and calm the mind.
In this state of consciousness, inspiration, clarity, and creativity often arise.
Each session begins with optional gentle movement to help the body settle before resting in stillness.
No experience or flexibility is needed. Everyone is welcome. Come as you are.
