Awake to the Feminine

Join me for a nurturing session designed to help you connect with your inner wise woman—your radiant, wise, and powerful self. Together, we’ll explore practices to tap into your inner wisdom, release what no longer serves you, and embrace self-love and empowerment.

To create a strong connection with your higher self, we’ll gently raise your vibration by grounding and opening your energy.

What We’ll Do

  1. Mindful Movement: Gentle, intuitive movement to connect with your body and feel grounded.
  2. Breathing & Chakra Mantras: Balancing your energy through mindful breathing and sacred mantras.
  3. Journaling: A moment to express your emotions and thoughts on paper.
  4. Reflective Exercise: Connecting with your younger self or any part of you that needs love and attention.
  5. Meeting Your Inner Wise Woman: A guided visualization to receive her wisdom and guidance.

What You’ll Need

  • Comfortable clothing: We’ll be moving and sitting, so wear something cozy. 
  • Yoga mat: For movement and seated practices (if you have the session at Moon this will be provided).
  • Pillows or cushions: To make sitting more comfortable (if you have the session at Moon this will be provided).
  • Paper and pen: For journaling and reflection.

Where We Can Meet

  1. At Moon Women’s Health where we can create a serene space.
  2. At Your Place: I’m happy to travel up to 40 minutes to bring the session to you.
  3. Online: If you prefer to connect from the comfort of your home, we can do the session virtually.

This session is all about you—your growth, your healing, and your connection to your inner power. Whether we meet in person or online, I’ll be there to guide and support you every step of the way.

Three sessions over the coming week, to support you in tuning in and returning to Your Self...

On Sunday afternoon, Daven Lee brings us Healing Touch & Presence for the People You Love. We all have the capacity and innate ability to be healers for those we love. In this gentle 4-hour workshop, you’ll be introduced to the essential principles of holding space for healing and conscious touch. 

On Sunday evening, Breathe & Let Go: Unwind Body & Mind with Ewa Bell.
You don’t have to keep holding it all together. Join us for a gentle 90-minute guided breathwork journey, designed for women who are carrying a lot, but are ready to soften, release, and come home to themselves.

On Friday evening, join Alexe Woods for Witchy Sensual Movement: A Halloween Ritual. Step into a night of magic, mystery, and deep feminine power as we celebrate Halloween. A unique 90-minute workshop, designed to awaken your sensuality, tap into your intuition, and help you embody your inner witch.

What an incredible New Mama & Parent One-Stop Drop-in at Highgate Newtown Community Centre yesterday.

46 sessions were delivered by our incredible practitioner team to our local community. 

We're very proud that their hard work has been recognised by a donation of much needed funding from Camden Giving - meaning we can continue this project as 'free-to-access'.

If you're a new Mama or Parent (the first 2 years counts!) then come along to the next one on Tuesday 18th November - find more deets in our bio.

The session runs from 10.30am - 12.30pm and you'll find support from:
