Seated Movement for Joint Mobility

This seated session is specifically designed to improve and maintain your joint mobility. It’s a holistic, low-impact practice that systematically improves overall functional movement.
We will create slow movements to allow the muscles and tendons to gently lengthen without triggering the protective stretch reflex that causes tightening. This smooth and fluid motion ensures that the joint moves through its full available range without sudden impact or strain - safely increasing the range of motion over time.
This session is particularly beneficial for older adults, people with arthritis, desk-bound workers with stiff joints, and anyone looking for a gentle way to maintain long-term mobility.
