Holding your Deep Feminine

A Practice for Women for Healing, Wholeness and Empowerment...

This workshop invites you into a simple yet profound ritual of self-holding—an empowered experience where you access your own healing and physical wholeness, reclaim your sexual center, and embody your Deep Feminine.

This gathering centers on a platonic practice of gentle, intentional touch and energy cultivation with your own body, sourced from Sacred Daoist Sexuality, qigong and other healing somatic techniques.

Within a safe and sacred circle of women, you will learn to hold yourself as your source of healing, safety, wholeness, and sovereignty.

This is for you if you are seeking to:

  • Activate the sacred potency of your Deep Feminine within a circle of supportive women
  • Heal and restore wholeness to your pelvic floor, vulva, sexual center—and your heart—after childbirth or trauma
  • Reconnect with your body and reclaim your capacity for pleasure
  • Ground and regulate your nervous system

The workshop includes:

  • A safe, ritual space for the Deep Feminine
  • An opening grounding practice and group sharing
  • A guided, platonic, self-holding and self-cultivation practice (fully clothed, including holding your breasts and vulva)
  • Simple qigong, a movement practice to ground, empower and support your embodiment of the feminine
  • Personal reflections, gentle coaching and integration

The Yin is the energy of the Deep Feminine: darkness, mystery, the source of healing, nourishment and life, the sacred womb space.

As women, we often play the role of the Yin to others: gestating, birthing, nourishing, holding the center in the maelstrom of mystery.

We forget that our Deep Feminine is a resource for ourselves. We carry the power to heal our own bodies, access our wholeness, ignite our pleasure and embody our Yin power.

Details:

  • Small group: maximum of 8 participants
  • 2.5 hours of practicing and sharing

Daven Lee’s offering at 12.30pm - 3pm on Sunday 12th April

At this Monday's Acupuncture Collective you can experience the benefits of acupuncture at a lower cost - but how can this ancient healing modality support your mental health?

In acupuncture (and Chinese Medicine, where acupuncture originates) there's a special word for our overall emotional spirit - the ‘Shen'. When we’re feeling unsettled and anxious we refer to it as a ‘Scattered Shen’.

Through a delicate and detailed approach, acupuncture helps to benefit our mental health in the following ways:

Recalibrating our nervous system
Encouraging better quality sleep
Promoting clarity of thought and focus
Working on a deeper level to help our hormones work with us, not against us
The holistic approach we take at the Acupuncture Collective means your symptoms aren’t just treated at the surface level, we go deeper.

If you would like to experience how transformative acupuncture can be, book in with us and allow your Shen to settle into a state of Zen.

Our next Acupuncture Collective is taking place between 2pm to 8pm on Monday 20th April - find more details and book via our bio.
