Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy can help with many issues such as anxiety, phobias, fears, habits, stress and so much more.

It is a powerful treatment is very similar to a guided meditation and utilises the focused and calm state of awareness that is activated when the conscious mind is in resting state. In this state the subconscious is open and ready to receive new suggestions in order to rewire the thinking patterns and habits that may have been holding you back.

Ema will gently drop you into a relaxed Alpha brainwave state and use visualisations, repeated suggestions, new perceptions and thought processes, and anchors to hold preferred, more beneficial habits into place. In this way you begin to see changes occurring within 2 to 3 of sessions, depending on what we are working on.

Before your session or series of sessions end Ema will equip you with the tools on how to self-hypnotise so that you can continue your self-empowerment in your own time.

If you are new to hypnotherapy you may like to start your journey with a Hypnotherapy consultation with primer. Ema will hold space for a longer session, to explore what you would like help with. This includes examining the history of what you are presenting with, to determine whether it's an ideal treatment for you and which type of treatment to proceed with. This will be followed with a short relaxation hypnotherapy session to 'prime' your subconscious mind for any further sessions and for you to experience a mild version of what hypnotherapy can feel like. This is also an opportunity to ask Ema any questions you may have.

Ema Borges' Offering at a time that suits you, please use the form below to contact Ema to find out more and book.

  • 60 minute Hypnotherapy session - £85
  • 75 minute Hypnotherapy consultation with primer - £105

Queen of Kentish Town - Livia Palmiero ladies and gentlemen.

We visited @wildisearth recently and were absolutely blown away by her passion, dedication and joy for fermentation, community and our beautiful planet.

Wild is Earth is next to the Sainsbury's opposite Kentish Town tube, with the bar open on Thursdays and Fridays (until 11pm) for a beautifully curated and produced range of kombucca as well as wines and beers.

Pop in, say hi and sample the drinks, it's only through community support that these wonderful spaces can exist.
