Mindful Me Time

Join us for an hour of tranquillity in this group mindfulness session for adults.
Take some time away from your to-do list, children, dependents, work, schedules, screens… and come to Moon to nourish your mind, body, and soul. When we are replenished, we can walk more gently in the world, approach challenges with patience and grace, and pour an abundance of love and kindness into our families, our community, and beyond.
We will hold a calm and supportive space together and embrace the present moment in guided meditation, with or without music. We will practice mindful meditation techniques including breathwork, body scan, awareness of our senses, observing our thoughts, and tuning into our emotions. In each session we will explore different discussion topics and themes, delve into some practical examples which are personalised and relevant, work on implementing realistic and achievable mindfulness and meditation practices into modern day life, and reflect on our experiences as a group.

Every few months the Moon Wise Women Practitioners gather to share thoughts, food and to learn from one another.
As a community, it's incredibly important to us to meet and support one another.
At this gathering we were fortunate enough to be joined by @albanebrandphotography who led us in a session on visibility, as practitioners, and communicating with the wider world about how we can support them.
Not only was it a powerful and educational session but Albane found time to take these fabulous photos.

This weekend we welcome Beltane/May Day the mid-point between the Spring Equinox and the Summer Solstice, with our backs firmly against the cold and our faces to the sun. The year is turning, a moment to honour ourselves and where we are in life.
