Movement Medicine Circle
What are Movement Medicine Circles?
The circles are focused on connecting with our internal felt sense, navigating the inner landscape and letting the currents of our inner rivers guide us. Expect movement and self-bodywork to release stagnation, guided meditation and breathwork to keep you grounded in the process, journaling to note your findings - all held within the loving container of our circle.
Sessions are intuitively guided by the energy of the group.
Who are Movement Medicine Circles for?
These circles are a sanctuary for all women seeking healing, growth, sisterhood, support, and connection. Whether you are navigating personal challenges, chronic illness, stress, overwhelm or simply yearning to honour your body and story, these sessions were created for you. They offer a space to release tension, reconnect with yourself, and embrace the power of sisterhood.
What do I need to Participate?
You won’t need much, and you can make it as minimal or elaborate as you wish. I recommend some comfy clothes and a little offering for our sacred space.
Olivia Drzymuchowska-Salsas’s offering on every other Saturday, 2.30pm to 4.30pm
If you would like to access the Women Supporting Women Fund to subsidise this session, find more details here.

What's new, this New Moon?
Hopefully you should have found the new lunar cycle's newsletter in your inbox this morning. If not here's a snapshot...
"Well the weather's been a bit changeable of late, an uncertainly that feels like it's mirroring what's happening in the wider world, slowly eroding away the foundations of what's come before..."
Trust me, it's not as heavy as it sounds, read more in the link via our bio.4 days ago

Some lovely photos from last month's New Mama and Parent One Stop Drop-in at Highgate Newtown Community Centre.
Our wonderful practitioners saw 40 Mamas, Dadas and Babies - providing 53 sessions in baby feeding support, sleep support, women's health, weaning, baby wearing and mental health - all free to access!
If you'd like to come along to our next monthly session (Wednesday 20th May) find the link with more info in our bio.6 days ago

Join us for this New Moon Wise Women Weekender at Moon Women’s Health (63 Chetwynd Road, NW5 1BX).
On Saturday morning join Nofisa Caseman, to Stop Procrastinating & Start Executing! Procrastination keeps brilliant women stuck. This workshop will end that. Uncover what’s holding you back and commit to one clear action to take.
On Saturday evening, Desiree Diaz holds sacred space at the New Moon Women’s Healing & Meditation Circle. You will experience feeling heard and seen as you set your intentions for the month - focusing on manifesting the life that you want and connecting with other women to help your manifestation become even stronger.
On Sunday afternoon, Assiya Shalabayeva creates an atmosphere of warmth and acceptance, for us to speak from the heart — or to simply listen — as we explore what’s real for us in this moment of our lives. You may come seeking clarity, or connection, or to simply to sit among women and feel the strength of shared truth.
