Strength & Stretch Pilates

In this session we focus on movement and breath to strengthen your core and joints, while also exploring the range and stretch of your body to counteract the static positions we find ourselves in, in our daily lives.

Classes are small, no more than five. This will give the space and time in which to address any specific issues you might be having for example diastasis recti, back pain.

We will be taking time to breathe well, release stress and slowly rebuild your strength and stability in a wonderful nurturing environment.
