Postnatal Club
When we go to classes in pregnancy, there’s often a lot of focus on the birth, and the postnatal bit can feel hard to really get in to.
Then, you have your baby and have so many questions, queries, late night Googles, and maybe a touch of loneliness.
With so much conflicting advice, and often partners retuning to work before we’ve even found our feet; it can sometimes just feel like too much.
So, here is the Postnatal Course to solve all that.
Over five weeks, there will be sessions on sleep, feeding, development, wellbeing, bonding, baby massage, and so much more; we can really learn together and face that fourth trimester with confidence.
The groups will be kept small so that we can really get to know each other, and develop meaningful connections. There will be lots of time for questions, discussions, and signposting to other local experts.
There will ALWAYS be tea and cake, relaxing music and a safe space waiting for you.
