Transform your Triggers Workshop

I am beyond excited to be offering the Transform your Triggers workshop at Moon on Saturday 27th August.

This workshop is all about understanding your relational triggers and seeing them as gifts leading you towards your own healing and growth!

What I mean by a relational trigger is:

  • Something that comes up specifically related to your romantic relationships that has the power to knock you off your centre.

For those of you who are not in a relationship, you are invited to bring to this workshop, situations that have triggered you in the past or something that usually trips you up in your romantic relationship. Or instead, you may wish to bring something that comes up often in your friendships, or with family members.

Identifying our triggers can help us recognise an unmet need that causes us to react in ways that destabilise our relationships.

This workshop is intended to help you become familiar with that unmet need and its roots and ‘invite it round for tea’ so that when it comes up again we can have increased capacity to respond in a way that honours our needs and our relationships.

This workshop will include:

  • A guided meditation to help you settle into the space
  • An introduction to triggers - what are triggers, what happens when we get triggered, and what are they essentially teaching us?
  • A guided exercise into understanding and transforming your own personal triggers
  • Grounded meditation to finish
  • Tea and discussion

I can’t WAIT to share with you the process I use to navigate triggers, as well as the ways you can work with them and understand what they are showing you - about you!

This is going to be an epic workshop, and I have no doubt that you will leave feeling a little bit more in the know about how your own beautiful system works, as well as what you need to move forward with a whole lot of love, self-compassion, and a new sense of freedom in your relationships.

Important - please read:

As a relationship coach, I am not intending to prevent, cure, treat, or diagnose any physical, mental or emotional issue. The exercises and information offered in this workshop are not a substitute for clinical therapeutic support.

Please also be mindful that this is a group workshop and that some mental health conditions and personal histories may require a higher level of individual attention and one-on-one care. If you are unsure about whether the workshop is right for you, feel free to get in touch with me to discuss your situation.

Natalie Mossayebi's Offering on Saturday 27th August 2pm - 3.30pm

The latest piece from local artist @jencableart (Hothouse Flower) to beautifully adorn the wall of Moon.

Hothouse flowers' colours may be brilliant and their petals flawless, yet their beauty is fragile—remove them from the tightly controlled environment of the greenhouse, and they wither.

Every aspect of their existence depends on external care. They embody luxury, thriving in isolation from the harsher realities of wind, rain, and change.

In contrast, wild flowers can emerge anywhere, on rocky soil, under shifting skies, and on wind swept plains (much like the Heath at the moment😉).  Their blossoms endure cold snaps, nibbles from local insects, and sudden brushes with curious dogs.  Though their stems may bend and their petals may bear marks of struggle, these are marks of endurance, not weakness.

True vitality doesn’t depend on shelter from difficulty but on balance with the environment, responding flexibly to what life provides.

Where the hot house flower dazzles briefly, natural health endures. One fades with the loss of its careful protection; the other thrives precisely because it has learned to live and bloom in the open air.

So this Easter break, take a moment to step onto the Heath or Waterlow Park and enjoy the daffodils nodding gently in the breeze and the last of the crocuses pushing through.

Take a minute to enjoy the crisp air, flashes of green, new life, and the distant rustle of trees whilst you enjoy a quiet moment of renewal and connection with the season.
