Midweek Grounding & Restore
PLEASE NOTE: THIS CLASS IS OPEN TO ALL GENDERS
This midweek class offers a calm, supportive space to slow down, settle, and reconnect with yourself.
Curated as a pause in the middle of the week, the practice gently supports grounding and restoration for the body and nervous system. Each session weaves together breath awareness, guided meditation, yin-based postures, and supported restorative yoga elements, adapting to what best serves the group on the day.
The emphasis is not on effort or performance, but on unwinding with self-compassion, kindness, and care amid busy schedules. This practice creates space for both the body and a restless mind to gradually settle, inviting you to soften, listen inwardly, and wind down at your own pace.
A nourishing practice for anyone feeling overstimulated, tired, or in need of steadiness during the week. All levels are welcome, and no prior experience is needed.
