I am a compassionate and insightful yoga teacher with nearly 20 year’s experience and I have taught many styles of yoga during this time. I currently specialise in Restorative and Yin. I am passionate about supporting female health and work a lot with women in menopause.

Over my many years of study and teaching I have seen and found how beneficial slowing down the mind and body can be, combined with regular meditation. It can have a profound effect on our wellbeing and long term health.

Along with my work with adults I also teach teenagers. Having my own teenagers and seeing the world that surrounds them in this 21st century I feel more than ever they need extra holistic support. I provide a space at Moon for them to have fun, share and really rest their minds with a combination of simple yoga postures and mindfulness meditation. It is such a joy to see how much they can get from our sessions.

Throughout my sessions at Moon with adults and children, I like to create a nurturing and supportive environment teaching with warmth and empathy.

As well as teaching weekly classes at Moon I also offer a unique and invaluable service as a Menopause Doula. Working closely with women in midlife, I provide personalised support to help navigate the challenges of this intricate phase of life. I create a safe space for women to share their experiences and help them embark on this transformative journey.

Alongside my 1-1 work in the menopause world, I also offer workshops with a menopause specialist GP at Moon throughout the year.

A big welcome to Olivia Baker to the Moon Women's Health Practitioner Cohort. 

As a Holistic Wellness Practitioner, Olivia has a wealth of knowledge and skills but at Moon focuses on Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Massage and Mindfulness.

Iโ€™m a holistic wellness practitioner with a passion for supporting women to reconnect with their bodies, nourish their nervous systems, and reclaim their sense of balance and vitality.

After developing autoimmune conditions nearly 4 years ago I had to rebuild my own health from the ground up, where I found reregulating my nervous system and creating an internal environment of safety, through somatic and mindfulness practices, to have the most potent impact on realigning my wellbeing. 

With a warm and grounded approach, I create empowering spaces offering accessible and transformational tools to encourage healing and optimise wellbeing. 

Combining my bodywork, energy healing and mindfulness facilitation, I work both 1-1 and in groups to support women in slowing down, tuning in, and reconnecting with their natural rhythms - physically, mentally, and emotionally.

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing begins with coming home to ourselves - and that every woman deserves to feel held, heard, and empowered in her journey toward wholeness.

When Iโ€™m not delving into my work you will usually either find me roaming around Hampstead Heath and climbing trees or in the dojo doing Muay Thai!
