September always arrives with a to-do list! New term, new diary, new resolve. It's a lot to ask of our mind and body.

September might also be the month when things start to surface...

Sleep gets patchy. Temperature control goes awry. Moods that felt manageable in August develop a sharper edge. This is a nervous system being asked to sprint in a season that's quietly telling it to slow down.

In Chinese medicine, September is a turning point: the moment we stop 'spending' and start 'storing'. The energy that's been running out of us all summer needs consolidating, and the Shen (the part of us that governs sleep, mood and steadiness) needs somewhere quiet to settle - and that's where acupuncture can help.

Look after your Shen now, and winter can become an entirely different experience.

That's the magic of the Collective. You'll be in the room alongside other women, held in the same nurturing space, while what happens on the treatment bed is entirely yours: your cycle, your sleep, your capacity, your September.

Come and unwind with Sophie and Dr Sunila, and let the season do what it's meant to do.

Our next Acupuncture Collective is taking place between 2pm to 8pm on Monday 21st September

⭐This Monday's Acupuncture Collective is WAITING LIST ONLY - so we've opened up October's appointments early so you can grab your place - follow the link in our bio. ⭐
