This weekend is all about Body, Mind and Spirit at Moon…
BODY - On Saturday afternoon join Lucy Kohli for an Introduction to Libdo - a pelvic floor exercise class designed by women for women. Libdo directly strengthens your pelvic floor muscles, increasing movement and flexibility and supporting your hormonal cycle, and improved confidence and pleasure. The workout is also super fun!
MIND – On Sunday afternoon prioritise your personal growth and happiness with Clare Saponia and the Monthly Power Reset: Removing Barriers. Knock down the blockage that’s been blurring your clarity and decision-making - hindering you from moving forwards.
SPIRIT - On Sunday evening find the tools to ease anxiety, improve sleep, and re-ground, in a safe and supportive space with Kerry Miller and Christel Stanfield Bruce, and Breathe, Soften, Surrender. This gentle, guided session gives the opportunity to explore the power of conscious breathing.

The Summer Solstice is with us - the longest day of the year, a time for light and optimism. This is an opportunity to re-engage with the natural world and take respite from the overwhelm of the modern structures of humanity, from technology to our political landscape.
By rooting ourselves back into the rhythm of the seasons, and marking the passage of the sun across the sky, we echo those who came before, taking our place as a link between the past and the future. For a short moment we can allow the daily pressures to melt away, as we glimpse the wider context of our existence.
By marking the seasonal changes we also bookmark the passage of time in our own lives. It becomes a memory touchstone, to reach out to as we remember where we’ve been (metaphorically and physically), where we are and where we’re going to.
So press pause, allow yourself to be absorbed back into the rhythms of the natural world, take note of the turning of the year. Do something different, something you’ll remember in the years to come, even if that’s a long walk on the Heath, without your phone, fitness tracking device, digital watch etc. etc. etc.… I dare you…
Much love.
