Session’s Offered

I am a Drama and Movement Therapist who is passionate about supporting people in accessing their creativity, validating their experiences, and finding their authentic rhythm. In a city where speed and productivity are central, Dramatherapy can be a weekly space for you to reflect on, express, and respect your needs. In our sessions we may use verbal conversation, drama techniques, meditative movement, drawing, and story making to support you with your understanding of yourself and your chosen therapeutic goals.

My practise is underpinned by Developmental and Jungian Psychology, as well as Intersectional Feminism, Queer Theory, and Menstrual Cycle Awareness. I hold a deep respect for cycles, seasons, and the bravery it takes to explore oneself. I am very passionate about empowering Women and Menstruators.

Themes that may be explored in Dramatherapy may include: identity, gender, growing up, menstruality, birth, pre and postnatal mental health, complex trauma, intergenerational trauma, depression, anxiety, adolescence, stress, self exploration .

I offer 1:1 weekly therapy sessions, group workshops, and Menarche/ First Period Ceremony sessions and packages. Please find more details about these on the offerings page.

My previous work has been with Islington Mind, Croydon’s Active Lives Services, and at a Primary School. I am registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council, and the British Association of DramaTherapists, with an MA from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Institute of The Arts in Therapy and Education. I am also an avid singer, candle maker and menstruality celebrator as part of my own creative practice.

I look forward to hearing from you and hope that I can support you on your journey.

At this Monday's Acupuncture Collective you can experience the benefits of acupuncture at a lower cost - but how can this ancient healing modality support your mental health?

In acupuncture (and Chinese Medicine, where acupuncture originates) there's a special word for our overall emotional spirit - the ‘Shen'. When we’re feeling unsettled and anxious we refer to it as a ‘Scattered Shen’.

Through a delicate and detailed approach, acupuncture helps to benefit our mental health in the following ways:

Recalibrating our nervous system
Encouraging better quality sleep
Promoting clarity of thought and focus
Working on a deeper level to help our hormones work with us, not against us
The holistic approach we take at the Acupuncture Collective means your symptoms aren’t just treated at the surface level, we go deeper.

If you would like to experience how transformative acupuncture can be, book in with us and allow your Shen to settle into a state of Zen.

Our next Acupuncture Collective is taking place between 2pm to 8pm on Monday 20th April - find more details and book via our bio.
