Sessions Offered:

I am a yoga teacher, group facilitator, and community builder 🙂.

At Moon, I teach welcoming and accessible classes that leave you feeling uplifted and restored. The atmosphere is nurturing and supportive, gentle and playful.

Aside from teaching yoga, my work is about creating community and connection.

Seven years working in mental health services, and my own life experience, have shown me that disconnection and loneliness are some of the greatest threats to wellbeing. This is backed up by a lot of research

I set up the ALL TOGETHER initiative to bring people from all walks of life together to meet and connect, meaningfully. Our projects include discussion groups like THOUGHT EXPERIMENTS IN PUBS, outdoor meetups like THE SUNSET CLUB, and movement based groups like ANYWHERE YOGA and SOCIAL SALSA.

I enjoy the overlap between teaching yoga and creating opportunities for connection and have set up several social yoga opportunities including one at Moon!

WOMEN’S YOGA & SOCIAL COFFEE: We will meet every Monday to practise yoga at Moon (12-1PM) and then share a coffee and catch up at Lime Bistro Café across the road (1-2PM). Starting 18th March 2024.

I hope you’ll join us for either yoga or coffee, or both! To join the classes: sign up here. To join the social coffee: RSVP, show up and buy a coffee/tea :-)

Autumn is here, and breathe…

After the buzz of late summer, the world feels like it’s been spinning twice as fast - frantic with change and complication. We’re ready for everything just to chill now please.

In Chinese medicine, autumn marks a strong energetic shift: from ‘yang’, outward, masculine, active, into ‘yin’, more inward, feminine, reflective.

The organs in charge are the lungs and large intestine - the quality of newness we take in, and what we let go of that we no longer need - breathe and release. It’s almost like the body giving one big detoxifying sigh.

Acupuncture is beautiful at working with this transition. It doesn’t just calm stress; it stimulates our ‘rest and relax’ hormones, lowers cortisol, and boosts serotonin and oxytocin. People leave the clinic reporting they feel lighter, clearer, and often “floating on clouds.”

That’s what Dr Sunila and Sophie do at The Acupuncture Collective, weaving the big seasonal shifts with what’s going on inside you, personalising treatment every time.

This is your moment to reset, restore balance, and breathe more deeply into autumn.

We still have a few sought after appointments available this coming Monday (22nd), take a look at the link in our bio to find out more and book.

It’s back by popular demand!

Jasmine and Sophie are excited to bring you a very special Autumn Equinox Acupuncture & Soundbath session - tomorrow evening at Moon Women's Health, 63 Chetwynd Road, NW5.

This is a full mind-body reset. Specific acupuncture points gently stimulate the body’s calming hormones and restore inner balance, while Jasmine’s extraordinary sound bath works at a cellular level — waves of vibration dissolving stress and bringing the body back into harmony.

Together, it’s a rare kind of deep healing that modern life doesn’t usually allow.

We’re holding this gathering at the time of the Autumn Equinox, between a lunar eclipse, earlier this month, and a solar eclipse on 21st September. This is a time that supports clarity and fine-tuning, a powerful moment to reset routines, lighten the load, and realign with what truly supports you.

Fresh from her magical Italian wedding, Jasmine returns with a heart full of joy and new energy to share. Sophie has spent much of the summer by the sea and walking with friends, bringing grounded calm and collective love into the circle. Together, they’re ready to guide you into the new season with focus and a bit of magic.

Spaces are limited, and this time the session is open to both men and women — so feel free bring a partner or a friend who could use some deep restoration.

A wonderful new art piece, Hidden Connections, from the talented @jencableart

Just like our community at Moon, trees are communal beings.  We all know that strong communities help us to navigate life's challenges and disasters.  Being part of a community that shares resources, creates the kind of place we all want to live. The trees on Hampstead heath and in Highgate Woods are just the same.  Rather than fighting each other for light and water, they join together with tiny fungal filaments to carry messages and transmit sugar from one tree to another to help each other survive.  In turn supporting over 600 bird species and thousands of insect species.

Hidden Connections is a celebration of the times when we come together to help those in need; bringing food, medicine or companionship to those that are isolated wherever they are in the world.

Come and see it for yourself.
