I am a highly trained acupuncturist, accredited by the British Acupuncture Accreditation Board and a member of the British Acupuncture Council. My journey into Traditional Chinese Medicine began with my own transformative experience with acupuncture, which led me to complete a formal three-year training and dedicate myself to helping others through this powerful healing practice.

I have a special focus on women’s health, with additional training in fertility acupuncture and a deep understanding of women’s cycles, hormonal fluctuations, and perimenopause. I have supported women through various stages of life, from menstrual health to conception and pregnancy. Having worked as a Birth Doula for 10 years, I’ve also had the privilege of holding numerous women throughout pregnancy and childbirth.

Whether you’re dealing with hormonal imbalances, fertility challenges, pain or the effects of stress and anxiety, my goal is to provide personalised care that addresses both the root causes and the symptoms, helping to restore balance to your body. My approach is holistic and patient-centred, tailoring each treatment to meet your specific needs. Along with acupuncture, I incorporate techniques such as cupping, Gua sha, and moxa, while also providing dietary and lifestyle advice.

I’m passionate about helping women achieve their optimum health, wellbeing and balance, and look forward to being part of your healing journey.

It’s back by popular demand!

Jasmine and Sophie are excited to bring you a very special Autumn Equinox Acupuncture & Soundbath session - tomorrow evening at Moon Women's Health, 63 Chetwynd Road, NW5.

This is a full mind-body reset. Specific acupuncture points gently stimulate the body’s calming hormones and restore inner balance, while Jasmine’s extraordinary sound bath works at a cellular level — waves of vibration dissolving stress and bringing the body back into harmony.

Together, it’s a rare kind of deep healing that modern life doesn’t usually allow.

We’re holding this gathering at the time of the Autumn Equinox, between a lunar eclipse, earlier this month, and a solar eclipse on 21st September. This is a time that supports clarity and fine-tuning, a powerful moment to reset routines, lighten the load, and realign with what truly supports you.

Fresh from her magical Italian wedding, Jasmine returns with a heart full of joy and new energy to share. Sophie has spent much of the summer by the sea and walking with friends, bringing grounded calm and collective love into the circle. Together, they’re ready to guide you into the new season with focus and a bit of magic.

Spaces are limited, and this time the session is open to both men and women — so feel free bring a partner or a friend who could use some deep restoration.

A wonderful new art piece, Hidden Connections, from the talented @jencableart

Just like our community at Moon, trees are communal beings.  We all know that strong communities help us to navigate life's challenges and disasters.  Being part of a community that shares resources, creates the kind of place we all want to live. The trees on Hampstead heath and in Highgate Woods are just the same.  Rather than fighting each other for light and water, they join together with tiny fungal filaments to carry messages and transmit sugar from one tree to another to help each other survive.  In turn supporting over 600 bird species and thousands of insect species.

Hidden Connections is a celebration of the times when we come together to help those in need; bringing food, medicine or companionship to those that are isolated wherever they are in the world.

Come and see it for yourself.
